If the Dead Space trailer is anything to go by, we are in for a fun and horrific ride. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the Dead Space remake is adding more meat to the bone while cutting back on some of the unnecessary stuff, with both EA and Motive Studio keen on delivering a more cohesive and updated experience. There are also scenes with both Isaac’s girlfriend Nicole and the nefarious Dr Challus Mercer, and even the previously unseen Elizabeth Cross and Jacob Cross make an appearance. We finally get to see a more realistic Isaac Clarke up close, and as such, we can expect the same treatment for the disgusting Necromorphs. If you have played the original, many of the bits would seem instantly familiar, albeit in a more detailed form this time around.
